Yorkshire Pudding!!

pinch of salt

pinch of vegetable oil

1/2 cup of flour

1/2 cup of milk

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons of water

mixing bowl/mixing spoon

1. Preheat over to 400 f

2. Crack three large eggs and place them in the mixing bowl

3. Add the 1/2 cup of milk in with the eggs and stir for about 3 minutes

4. sieve the 1/2 cup of flour in with the milk and eggs

5. stir ingredients until no clumps are shown or for about 5 minutes

6. Add a pinch of salt and pinch of vegetable oil in with the mix and stir

7. Add 2 teaspoons of water in with the mix and stir

8. Place the mix into a baking pan or muffin hole pan and place in the oven for about 20 minutes.

9.constantly check the pudding to make sure you don’t over cook it depending on the oven.

10. When finished take out pan with oven mitt and let it sit for about 2 minutes.

11. Then you can add gravy on top (like the British do) or you can add whatever topping you like. I added jelly to mine.

I changed the ingredient sizes to this recipe quit a bit but all in all it is still yorkshire pudding!
